"I've waited my whole life to find you and I can't wait to celebrate so many more birthdays together."

Demi accompanied the post with a glimpse into their relationship, featuring romantic photos of the two sharing kisses and enjoying quality time on a beachside getaway.

The musician, who debuted their relationship last August, gushed about Jutes—the artist (born Jordan Lutes) behind tracks "Punkstar" and "Too Easy"—as a "literal dream come true."
